Our work is responsive to
and informed by our community, addressing unmet or undermet needs.

Founded in 1977 as Old Pine Community Center, The NeighborHub was developed through a partnership between Old Pine Church, St. Peter's School, and the Presbyterian Historical Society. Operated for many years as the mission arm of Old Pine Church, the organization received its own 501(c)(3) status in 2015 and now operates independently.

In August 2026, the organization changed its name to The NeighborHub.

While the specific programs and services have evolved over the years, the mission has remained the same: to enrich the lives of our neighbors through programs and services focused on addressing food insecurity, supporting children and families, and building community engagement. The goals have continued as well: to address unmet or undermet needs in a responsive way, informed by our community, and engaging our neighbors in this work.
